Paige brings a contagious energy and excitement to The Parlour. At her core, she has a genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, which continues to drive her growth. In no time, Paige became a Level 3 stylist and applies the principles of the Summit Salon System. Simply put, she’s on fire! Paige was Shannon’s first protégé, which fueled her passion for hair and gave her invaluable tips from one of the industry's best. She has a strong interest in refining her cutting technique, as well as mastering “Lived-In Color” and Balayage.
Sabrina Watling | Associate
Sabrina is an up-and-coming hairstylist assistant known for her fresh approach and flawless finishing touches. With a growing client base and a passion for making people feel their best, she specializes in washing, blow drying, and styling hair to perfection. Whether it's a sleek look for a special occasion or everyday glam, Sabrina brings creativity, care, and confidence to every appointment.
Lena Arellano | Associate
Lena is an up-and-coming hairstylist assistant with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Known for her attention to detail and warm personality, Lena specializes in washing, blow-drying, and styling hair with skill and care. Whether prepping clients for a cut or perfecting a sleek finish, she brings energy and enthusiasm to every appointment. As she continues to grow in the industry, Lena is committed to learning from top stylists and honing her craft one hairstyle at a time.
Rose Arendsen | Apprenctice
Rose is currently apprenticing at The Parlour, where she is completing an immersive two-year cosmetology program entirely within the salon. As the daughter of Shannon, she is one of the last protégés who will train directly under The Parlour’s founder — a distinction that makes her journey especially meaningful.
Having grown up in the salon environment, Rose possesses an innate understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the business. Her firsthand knowledge of administrative processes and day-to-day salon dynamics makes her an invaluable member of the team.
Beyond her administrative insight, Rose has a natural eye for hair, a keen sense of style, and a warm, welcoming presence with clients. As she continues to hone her technical skills under Shannon’s mentorship, Rose is poised to carry on The Parlour’s legacy of excellence and artistry.
Shannon Arendsen | Owner & Level 5
In 2010, Shannon opened The Parlour with a clear mission: For the Love of Hair. More than a decade and two salons later, her passion remains as strong as ever, a sentiment reflected in the sign hanging over the front door.
Shannon is a highly skilled stylist known for her unmatched work ethic, efficiency, and dedication to her craft. Her ability to expertly serve multiple clients at once showcases both her talent and experience. Her positive energy and engaging demeanor make every appointment enjoyable, leaving clients transformed after her expert touch.
Always eager to learn, Shannon continually seeks new techniques, attending advanced classes across the country to stay at the forefront of the industry. As The Parlour’s most experienced stylist, she is now reducing her hours behind the chair to focus on mentoring and training the next generation of stylists — an exciting shift that will ensure her legacy of excellence continues.
